FAQ

  • Are all of your chocolate Keto friendly and Diabetes friendly?
We offer two types of chocolate, the chocolate bars and the chocolate bonbons. Both types are Keto friendly and Diabetes friendly. They are only sweetened with stevia and erythritol. Unlike most "sugar free" chocolate in the market, we would never use sweeteners like maltitol, which has a very high glycemic index, just like sugar. It's a main reason why our chocolate has a much higher ingredient cost. At the very beginning of this journey of ours, we vowed to ourselves we would only make good chocolate that is truly keto friendly and diabetic friendly, even though it would put us at a more disadvantageous position, in terms of market competitiveness. For every 70% pure dark chocolate bar we sell, there is only 0.5g net carb. (Net carbs means total amount of carbohydrates minus the amount of fibres and polylols/sweetener. Net carbs are the main factor affecting blood glucose level.) For every pure milk chocolate bar, there are only 3.9g net carbs. For every pure white chocolate bar, there are only 6.5g net carbs. We don't add any sugar to our chocolate. The only sugar existing in our products comes from either the natural ingredients themselves, such as milk powder and strawberries. This amount of sugar is already included in the net carbs we have stated. Take the white chocolate bar as an example, we are able to reduce the sugar content by 85%, compared to any other white chocolate bars in the market. Yet, the taste and texture are exactly the same. For 70% dark chocolate bar, we are able to remove the sugar content by 99.9%. The list goes on and on.
  • How long should I expect for the order to be delivered to my address? Do you only ship to an address in United Kingdom?
We normally dispatch your order within 3 working days after you have placed the order. If you have provided an address in United Kingdom, depending on which delivery services you choose, the delivery can take 1-3 working days. If you are a customer outside United Kingdom, the delivery can take a bit longer. We would always choose tracking air express delivery for our international customers. The delivery cost will be calculated on the checkout page, if the country you are in, is included in the area we deliver to. It's best for you to contact us via email if you have doubt about the processing time in this scenario, as certain countries in the world have much hotter weather. We normally don't ship our chocolate in the summer season as it is very likely for the chocolate to melt during delivery.
  • Are there any common allergens in your chocolate?
The facility we are in, to make our chocolate, also handle a number of common allergens, such as, (but not limited to) gluten, milk, peanuts, sesame, soybeans and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macademia nuts). We would not recommend any people with allergies to the allergens listed above to consume any of our chocolate as we cannot guarantee the safety. Even if certain flavours, such as 70% pure dark chocolate bars, do not have any nuts on its ingredient list, the tools that are used to make this flavour are also used to make other flavours containing nuts. Please do not consume our chocolate if you have any allergies listed above. We have also listed this warning regarding the allergens on the packaging of every single product we sell.
